This is a page from where you can lookup oracle 10gR2 and 11gR1 initialization parameters. This page just gives you a list of parameters, once you choose a parameter, it opens up the page from the reference guide (From oracle.com) for the chosen parameter, in a new window.

You can choose the database version from the first drop down list. Then you can choose the initialization parameter from the second drop down list. You can click on the list to expand it, and you can type in the first few charachters of the parameter you are looking for and it takes you to that location in the drop down list. Then click on the parameter you want and the description of the parameter will be displayed on a new window.

I know this works on firefox. Not sure if it works on IE.
